Introduction:
GGD AC low voltage switchgear is widely used for power plants, substations, factories and mining companies and other power users. In the distribution system with the AC frequency 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V and the rated working current within 3150A, it is used as the power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and distribution equipment.
GGD switchgear has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, strong practicability and high protection level. It can be used as a new generation of low voltage switchgear.
GGD switchgear meets the requests of IEC439-1, according to the requests of IEC298 it has the “five prevention” locking function.
Specification
1) GGD low voltage switchgear can be divided in to receiving cabinet, bus connecting cabinet, feeding cabinet, motor control cabinet, reactive power compensation cabinet and lighting distribution cabinet
2) The cabinet body of GGD is in the form of general cabinet. The cabinet frame is welded and assembled with 8MF cold-formed steel. The frame parts and the special supporting parts are supplied by the fixed-point steel manufacturer to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet.
3) There are different numbers of heat sinkholes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet, so that the sealed cabinet forms a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
4) Cabinet door is connected with the frame with a rotating shaft type movable hinge, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. The folding part of the door is embedded with a mountain type rubber plastic strip, which can be prevent the door from directly colliding with cabinet body, improve the protection of the product.
5) The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the frame with multiple strands of soft copper wire. The installation parts in the cabinet and the frame are connected with knurled screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.
6) The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of the main bus on site. The cabinet is equipped with lifting rings on the four corners, used for lifting and shipping.
